What is Ivy Bridge integrated graphics in Tablet PC?

Biggest problem I can see with Intel integrated graphics is the lack of driver development. Their drivers are really engineering. The HD 3000, while a quantum leap in HD 500 graphics encountered in 3D applications to be able to handle.
