Nokia e65, how to reset it to factory setting

pls help me,am having problem with my nokia e65,i want to reset to factory setting but am having problem with default code 12345,its not working.pls help me out.my imei no is 358631015619745.

Try to remember if you have changed the default security code of the phone and if you have not changed it then it should be the default one.

Alternate option that you can do is a hard reset on your phone. so for that
1) switch off the phone.

2) then hold the *, Call button and 3 button simultaneously.

3) keep pressing till the phone shows you the handshake logo.

Now what it will do is that reset the security code, remember to keep a back up of all the data in your phone.
