How to Update BIOS on Toshiba R705-P42

I just bought a Toshiba R705-P42. However, I am now stuck with trying to find a laptop cable lock. Hence I decided to perform update BIOS task on it. How do I update the BIOS on my Toshiba portable and where can I get the latest BIOS for my machine? Does anyone have any ideas about how I can make this work? Any help to do this task will be appreciating.
