Is kindle books available at local libraries?

HI, I have a tablet and I used to used kindle application on it, but the thing is like there a quite fewer store from where we have to bough the Ebooks, but when I was searching about the same yesterday I came to know that it is available to download for the device, if yes then please let me know.

And any idea what could be the feature if we buy the books from local libraries? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Yeah you are right as the Kindle and Kindle application customers can scrounge Kindle books from more than 11,000 libraries.

But apart from the main thing that we should be aware about is like it is been available in US only.
