Cannot activate Kaspersky Mobile Security 7

in my mobile phone I am trying to install the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 but when I install the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 at that time I didn’t any issue but when I try to activate the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 at that time I get error. please tell me what should I do to solve this problem.

as you have said that you are facing difficulties while activating the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 in your mobile phone and that is why I would like to tell you that you have to first check whether you are entering the activation code correctly or not. many times this type of issue takes place because of the wrong activation code. if you have already checked for the activation code and if it is correct then you have to check whether your mobile phone date and time is correct and auto update is turned on. if the date and time is not correct then you will, not able to activate the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7. if you are getting the sameprobeem afetr that also then you have to uninstall the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 from your mobile phone and after that you have to install the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 again and after installing that in your mobile phone you have to check whetehr you are able to activate the Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 or not.

thank you for providing me help and afetr referring your solution I have turn on the auto update time option and afetr doing that my problem get solved,. I really appreciate your help.
