Unable to perform the update still windows phone 7 is working fine

Hello friends I tried to update my windows phone but it wasn’t successfully done and still the phone is been working fine how is this possible? Can anyone tell me about this please I am really not able to think about this? Please help me out of this I am not able to think about this so please share your idea if you are having anything about this.

I think that this should not be a problem, if the phone is working fine now what’s the problem? I think you should be happy and try once again to update the phone now you must know that there would be no problem at all about the next time.

Ok there are certain steps you need to carry out if this thing happens.
1. OK now the first thing I would be saying is if the backup process would be in the prolonged state and there is no progressing movement even if at the 99% or may be at 100% too.
2. Just disconnect the device from the pc.
3. Then remove the battery out.
4. Just replace the battery and switch it on.
5. Now the device would be rebooting with the OSkernel.
6. One thing I would like to tell you is that don’t ever try to update the phone again. Don’t do the updating till 3 days or so.
7. And if nothing works then contact the product documentation for hard resetting the device to the factory default.

I have tried to update my phone and it was successful in once I think that there would be some internet problem with you and you need to look out for that and then again try after some days. I don’t think there is any bug or so in this up gradation.

Friend there have been many of the guys who have been facing this problem so I would be saying that now if anyone is been thinking to do it or if have been having the problem with this would be suggested to contact the service center before doing or after having the problem don’t try any useless steps if you are not well in touch with all this thing.

Such an irritating problem has been solved and thats something really very nice for me and i have been thinking that how such a easy step can solve such a big problem of mine and why it dint striked me on my own. Thanks a lot to Kickapoo to suggest me the proper steps and easy steps and important thing is the solution is working.
