Is this UC Browser 7.9 for symbian phones only? That means it will work only with some nokia mobile phones that have symbian operating system installed. What about android, bada operating system? Can it be tweaked and can also be installed in android or bada mobile phone? I think till now only opera mini browser supports all mobile phone till now.

Yes..it can be installed in any symbian phones except some sony ericson phones...
There is an Android Version Also Available on the site wap.ucweb.com ,you can go there and download it..
For bada OS..its English Version still not available..But you can download chinese version from bada market or similar..

Yeah, even i agree with the same. Buti can say that UCbrowser is only good for the above mentioned features, specially the download manager it provides. But, if you talk about userinterface, its really bad as compared to Opera or even inbuilt mobile browsers. It shows very weird website that are with categories or Sections. I only use this browser for downloading.
