HTC Vigor passes Bluetooth Certification

I am planning to buy htc vigor. But someone told me that there is problem with Bluetooth certificate. Anybody who got more info on this.

What is the difference between Bluetooth 2.0 and Bluetooth 3.0?

3.0 is the fastest, allowing data transfer. Basically, it has the potential of wireless communications Blu-Ray, etc

2.1 is basically a very short wave radio distance (id say 50 feet or less), but the passwords with less power consumption, ability to identify objects by name, and change

2.0 is just 2.1, but without the ability to object ID, etc.

2.0 And 2.1 have the same data rate transfer with 3.0 which has a much higher rate than their predecessors. And the frequencies are different.
