Cannot find Quick Office and pdf application in my Nokia E7

I just upgraded my Nokia E7 to latest Symbian Anna and what I found now is that my my Quick office and pdf viewer has vanished. I searched all around on phone and found no where. Before updating the phone quick office and pdf was working fine. Do anyone know what shall be reason?

I have tried again updating to Symbian Anna 1/2 and 2/2 showing with completed successfully .but after installing when rebooted the phone when I checked it again there was no sign of office and pdf .If I go to Application folder I find File Manager, Dictionary, Intranet, Notes, Zip Manager, Calculator, Voice Recorder, Message Reader.

I don't think so reinstalling and updating the os again and again would solve your problems . No matter whatever you do there will always be a problem instead trapping yourself, just you need to contact the nokia care service center.I think these guys could be able to solve your problems .
