iPad Alternatives with Android 2.2

Recently I read so many articles about that there are ipad clones are launched on the market. The article mentions that this is to be launched in the SZ (China). This will be also run Android 2.2 / Windows 7 OS if the hardware has to be compatible with it. When I check it then I feel that this is the clone of the iPad. What do you think friend. Anything related to this issue will be appreciated.
