512MB RAM not enough in HTC chacha

Hi, I am using HTC chacha and I have noticed that we can use only 512 MB of RAM for the application that we have stored in the mobile. but according to me that’s quite insufficient, isn’t it? is there any way through which we can increase it? because I have almost moved each and every application the SD card but still only 15 MB is free.

Any idea how we can increase the memory size in the mobile?

I think you are not even perfectly aware about the fact as we are not having 512 MB RAM in the mobile rather it is just 150MB RAM. And the worst thing is like we cannot upgrade it as it is actually mentioned by the manufacturer itself. And thus it is not changeable. But surely you can simply move all the application to the SD card for just storing but the surest thing is like it will use only that much amount of RAM which is actually assigned to it.
