BlackBerry Torch 9860 only have 4GB storage not 8GB

I didn’t get it why the RIM has launched the BB Torch with only 4GB storage, at the same time as the BB Bold as well as Torch 2 are receiving 8? This doesn’t make any sense at all. Why would you offer the mobile phone nearly all geared towards multimedia as well as gaming the least quantity of space intended for applications?

Well, applications with BB have for all time been iffy in stipulations of storing vs. amounted obtainable. I keep in mind a post anywhere around somewhere explaining why BlackBerry stocks the applications to your RAM rather than internal storage similar to each additional phone (may have somewhat to do through security). Currently I do consider apps can store information on your internal otherwise memory card, except major app is in memory.

For superior otherwise inferior they'll stay put smaller for the time being. On the other hand, that's an excellent thing since you can fit a lot of apps into a little space. On the conflicting hand, that does edge app developers of what they can accomplish with their apps in provisions of the quantity of information stored.

This model resembles its ancestor: the torch blackberry 9800 with the exception of a few cosmetic changes (such as silver and the battery cover different). Rim has developed a model faster than the original model. The processor will be 1.2 GHz while its precursor offered only 624MHz of power. The model has more RAM (768 MB instead of 512) and internal storage (8 compared to 4 GB). Both models accept memory cards up to 32 GB. This is wonderful news for those who want to carry on your BlackBerry large amount of multimedia content. In particular, I always like to have enough music phone, so many photos (and most of the photos are from my camera), and apart from the important documents that need to edit at the University between the classes.

Friend I recommend you use a 8 GB is enough capacity and in the meantime with the 8 GB, you will shorter the waiting time OS that supports 16 Gb. I had one of my Curve 4 GB and I was enough to use it was.
