    GUI of playstation

    I am using sony playstation I personally feel that the graphic user interface is very not good at all I want to know does other people also fell the same.. guys let me know..

    The start up interface is very nice and rest of the features are useless such as going to store The interfaces looks ugly with no consistency,

    Re according to me interface looks awesome ,the colorful icons, every screen look and feels fresh to the user. This is what Operating system should have, the main thing is Vita is a touch screen device, which makes user to easily access the icons.

    yeah even I got bored of my old OS I want to know if it possible to update or change the operating system of my play station. Or just any other way to change the user interface please guide and how can I do it ???

    yes you can do it but not the operating system but need to update your PSP's system software ie custom firmware but other than there is no option. For doing that also you should know which version of the firmware or software your PSP is having.

    yes I am interested in updating my psp software /firmware to improve the graphic user interface can some one guide me what is the procedure how to go throw it. I have tried lots of time but i am bot able to do it please help….. ?

    you can do it there are simple steps what you need to follow :-
    • switch on the PSP.
    • select "Settings" menu
    • scroll down till the "System Settings" select it and press X button.
    • Scroll down till "System Information" and press X button.
    • The screen will show you the PSP's MAC address and your software version, and ther is a small name. The "System Software Version" is the firmware version.
