Last month I bought a brand new laptop Asus Eee PC 901. It comes with Window XP operating system. Its memory storage is up to 12 GB has two drives 4GB and 8GB. This 4GB is use for operating system. But when I go for updating the Window XP then system shows errors like C: drive filled up and you get low space and the drive performance become slowly. There are so many companies who manufacturing SSD but I prefer to you go with Intel SSD. The Intel 320 Series SSD is ready in limits of 40, 80, 120, 160, 300 and 600GB in the 2.5” frame element and limits of 80, 160 and 300GB in the 1.8” frame component. This is helpful as it now permits numerous ultra portables to transfer to SSD without losing space limit as was the standard awhile ago with 1.8” provided system. Important successive check performance is 240MB/s for the 40 GB size and 270MB/s for all remaining sizes.

Intel also started to manufacture the SSD for the laptops. So we don’t need to go anywhere for buying SSD. All we know that Intel is trustworthy company in computer market so blindly you can choose Intel SSD. For Asus 901 Intel has made 320 series SSD which is suitable for this laptop only. This time Intel introduces enhanced features of X25 series SSD. In 320 series the key features are their 25mm NAND memory chips which give permits to store greater amount of file in the drive.

Recently I have also upgraded my SSD with Samsung 128 GB 470 series solid state drive. So I will also recommend you to buy only this SSD only. Because Reduced and housed in a tough brushed-metal encasing, the 128GB 470 Series Solid State Drive from Samsung offers a heavenly stride-up for your laptop's inside hard drive. It has a 2.5" structure variable and an aggregate space limit of 128GB. Its transfer rate is up to 250 MB/s read speed while write speed is 220 MB/s. I think it is quite enough for you.
