Installing Ubuntu 10.10 on Asus Eee PC 1000HE

I’m using Linux Mint 8 operating system in my Asus Eee PC 1000HE laptop from 2 months but while using this operating system I face lot of problem. Previous I don’t need to use my laptop Wi-Fi connection but recently when I try to connect my laptop with Wi-Fi network then I found that my laptop Wi-Fi is not working and then I found some more problem like Bluetooth, not in control CPU. So I decided to upgrade mint 8 to Ubuntu 10.10. But I don’t know how to install this Ubuntu in my laptop and need more information about Ubuntu 10.10.

Really this new Ubuntu is been revamped and improved one. From the first screen only it informs the user that what’s going to happen next. It also suggests that a network connection is a good thing to have. It also allows the user to install new updates and non-free software at the same time as they install. I think this is a really nice improvement, it attracting toward the give option for downloading non-free software. And install update features it really impressive one.

Recently I also upgraded my Ubuntu to 10.10. I really love the speed and facility which this operating system is providing. It enhanced some more features than previous version of Ubuntu. It plays video so smoothly I love it. But on other hand I disappointed that it doesn’t play DVD file. It also supports for wireless network adapters. If you really want to install this Ubuntu 10.10 in your laptop then you can prefer internet there you will provide full information about installing.

Really if you need installing procedure then I also suggest you that you can get this whole information about installing on internet because it’s not easy to understand just read some text and you get know how to install. On internet you can watch video for installation so you come to know faster and better then reading just text. After installing this Ubuntu 10.10 I’m sure that you will give 10 out 10 after experience it.

You have correct option to upgrade your operating system to Ubuntu 10.10 but it will be better if you go for new launched operating system by Linux Ubuntu 11. It’s got more application then Ubuntu 10.10 application like Firefox 4.0, GIMP 2.6.11., thunder bird 5.0, LibreOffice 3.3.2, totem movie player 2.32.0 etc. if you compare this new Ubuntu with Ubuntu 11.04 then you will find that this 11.04 is used by Linux Kernel 2.6.38 while Ubuntu 10.10 is used by Linux Kernel 2.6.35. so its mean that user will experience a greater overall performance with Ubuntu 11.04
