You need to at least try pulling out the hard drive. This is necessary for the data recovery purpose. Then for getting data files from the HDD during an external adapter. If this laptop won’t turn with the AC jack then you need to check that the turns on laptop with battery. if it start with no problem, then it will be helps to solve the motherboard problem on this laptop. Then replace this AC jack with the other one. It solves the problem of your laptop system.

You need to used the "F8" key to get to the Advanced Boot Options menu. In this menu just, you need to use the Safe Mode with Command Prompt options. This will be work with scroll a list of drivers that are installed. Then everything stops with the last loaded driver present on this system crcdisk.sys file. The other option of this menu is that Last Known Good Configuration for doing this problem solving task. Then use this and solve the problem.
