HP Pavilion dv6500 Power Outlet glows blue

I purchase new HP Pavilion dv6500 laptop in last month and now I faced some problem on this laptop. The Power outlet of this laptop is glows blue but the Led’s don’t glow. The main problem in this laptop is to be it does not start. I don’t know why this happen in this laptop. Within one month I found this problem. I want some kind of process to solve this problem.
