    HP Pavilion dv6500 Power Outlet glows blue

    I purchase new HP Pavilion dv6500 laptop in last month and now I faced some problem on this laptop. The Power outlet of this laptop is glows blue but the Led’s don’t glow. The main problem in this laptop is to be it does not start. I don’t know why this happen in this laptop. Within one month I found this problem. I want some kind of process to solve this problem. Thanks in advance for any kind of help.

    If the laptop doesn’t start, not any LEDs glow, even no beeping sounds or operating sounds arrive on this laptop. The CPU fan of the laptop or the hard drive will not generate any kind of noise. If this happen in your laptop, then it indicates that the notebook power button is not working. The other reason behind this is that the battery of this laptop will be not working and hence this laptop will be start properly. You need to replace this battery with the other and then check the problem. It will solve after that.

    This is the most complicated task in the HP laptop and you need to perform a hard reset on it. Then disconnect all peripheral devices and eliminate all external USB devices and media cards. You need to check the laptop accessories. Then detach the AC power adapter and remove the battery from the laptop. Then try to start laptop using the long press the power button. The next step is to be reconnect the AC power adapter & use Power button for start laptop without battery. If this work then the problem is solved.

    If not any LEDs glow when you try to start laptop using connected AC adapter, then you need to follow process that will be determine the problem is associated with the AC adapter or not. The next step is to be just remove the battery and try to test the AC power supply by turn on this laptop. If it not work then the problem is present on the AC power outlet. You need to change this and also check the AC adaptor. It will be help to solve the problem.

    First of all, you need to check the AC/DC power adapter with a millimeter. The millimeter will be indicate the number of power supply necessary in this laptop and the power supply it accept from the AC outlet . This will be help to realize that the problem is actually present on the laptop battery or the AC power outlet. This millimeter will be help to solve such kind of power supply problem. If problem is related to the power outlet. Then change this and use another outlet.

    This can be also happen that the problem is related to the power management software. You need to just check that this software has been correctly works on the windows system or not. If it contains something wrong then the simple way is to be uninstalling this software and reboot the laptop. The next step is to be installing the software using correct procedure. This will be help you to properly set the setting of the laptop and in the result, it solve the problem.

    If you try to turn on the laptop and then the LEDs do not glow. This happen because the no other pointer of power being available to the computer. You need to immediately contact the HP support staff. The technical assistance person have good knowledge about the troubleshooting a laptop problem. They will be helping you to solve this problem. Then use this help and solve the laptop problem. This will really work in most of cases.
