Unable to display push mail on home screen in nokia E71

Hi friends some days before I have bought the nokia E71 mobile. Normally I use my mobile phone to play music and use internet. In my mobile phone am facing one problem from last some days. Now whenever I try to put my push mail box on to the home screen at that time I am not able to do that. I don’t know what is wrong with it but this problem is really frustrating for me. Please help me out with it.

As you have said that you are not able to put your push mail box on your mobile home screen then I think you have to first check that whether your Home Screen application is activated or not. If your home screen application is not activated then you will not be able to use your push mail box from home screen. First activate the Home Screen application and after that try to put your push mail box on home screen and after that you will not face any issues.

If you don’t know about how to activate the home screen application then you have to do the following steps. First you have to select the settings option from tools in your nokia E 71 and after that you have to select general option and then you have to select Personalization option. In Personalization option you have to select home screen and then select the mode setting. Now after selecting the mode setting you have to go in to the home screen and after that applications and then enable it.

In my mobile I was using the home screen with lots of shortcuts but when I have tried to put the push mail box on my home screen at that time I was not able to do that and after that I have tried to solve this by trying so many tricks and after that I have removed all the shortcuts from home screen and after that I have disable the home screen application in my mobile and after that I have restart my mobile phone. Now after restarting the mobile phone when I have again tried to put the push mail box on home screen at that time I didn’t get any problem. You should also try this trick.

If none of the idea works for your issue then best way to get rid of this issue is to take the backup of your all the important data from your mobile phone and after that you have to restore factory setting in your mobile phone. Now after doing that check whether your problem gets solved or not. If your problem gets solved then restore the data again in your mobile. Hopefully this method will be helpful to you.

Thank you for giving me quick replies and helping me. After reading your post I have tried to solve this issue by enabling the home screen applications by following your steps and after enabling that also I get the same problem. Now after that I have also tried to solve this problem by resetting my nokia E71 and after that also I get the same problem. Removing the home screen shortcuts and adding it again didn’t help me to solve this. Please help me to fix this issue.

To solve this problem I will suggest you to first update your mobile software and after that you will not get this issue with your nokia E71. If you want to update the mobile software then you have to first download the nokia mobile software updates from internet and after that you have to update the mobile software by following the screen instruction. This idea will fix your all issue.
