Battery not working on Acer Aspire 5551 laptop

Hello I am having the Acer Aspire 5551 laptop and under that I am using the windows 7 operating system. Everything on the Acer Aspire 5551 laptop working fine except battery. From last two mine laptop seems to be not working and when I charge the battery it will not charge fully and some time it will not charge at all. I have tried the some of the solution to get ride this nothing helps me. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mien issue.
