Getting incomplete messages in LG Cosmos Touch

Hey guys one of my cousin is facing this particular issue with his LG Cosmos Touch mobile phone. Recently he has been not able to receive complete messages in his mobile phone. Incomplete messages means, only the initial part of the messages (first page only) is displayed and the rest is missing. He and even I am unable sort out the issue. So can anyone help us solve the problem? Please share your opinion with us.

You are getting incomplete messages because of some changed setting in the LG Cosmos Touch mobile phone. You will be requiring to change the message settings of your mobile in order to get the entire messages. So, I would suggest you to go to messages in your mobile phone and then go to options and try changing the settings of the messages in your mobile phone. Scroll down to received messages and do the necessary required changes.

So, I would recommend you to contact the customer care of your service provider and get the issue discussed and solve your issue. As the issue is related to messaging, I strongly feel that there might be some network issue and that is why you are receiving incomplete messages in your LG Cosmos Touch mobile phone. A good network service might solve your problem.

You might be receiving the issue when you are receiving messages which are exceeding 160 characters. If that is the case, then most probably then it is pretty much usual as one message can consist of only 160 characters and all the others exceeding that will be included as another message, thus making them appear in the next message. According to me you should reset the settings of your mobile to its default settings which was installed in your LG Cosmos Touch mobile phone, when you had purchased the mobile phone. Yes, I am talking about rolling your mobile to its out-of-box settings. You can do the following by going to the settings option of your mobile. Once you have done the following changes you might again start receiving messages completely like you used to receive before coming across the issue.
