Hey friend, the PC Suites are attached with the very first post of this thread. Download from there. The setup files is divided and attached in 3 attachments. First download all and than start extracting or else it will give you error. Download from here.

Yes exactly, it works. Did you tried it ? If you are facing any problem while downloading it that let me make you know that some times it will give you Database error, but that is temporary and due to some problem from forums server. You can try downloading it after sometime.

If you are trying to download this file and extract all of them individually then you will get this kind of issue. First download all the three attachment and after that select alll the three file and click on extract here. As this file file is broken into three part, individually you can not extract. So extract all file together and you will easily get the PC suit for China Mobile Phone.

You can download the mt6235 driver of your china mobile phone from this thread - China Mobile PC Suite for MT6235

And if you are on Windows Vista or Windows 7 then try to install this driver in compatibility mode, this way it will be installed in your pc without any issues. By the way, what is the make or model your china mobile phone, because most of the china mobile phone are unsupported.
