I want to transfer my data from Nokia to HTC Hero

Hi guys I am very happy as I just got my new HTC Hero. And I must say that this is an awesome phone, as this is my new phone I wanted to transfer some of my data that is stored in my old Nokia N95, as I have some of my very important data stored in that phone that I need to transfer to my new HTC Hero, but I am not able to find a way how to transfer these data! Can anyone please help me in knowing this?

Thank you for your quick reply I appreciate it. I wanted to transfer some of my data that includes all my contacts, calendar appointments, todo lists, images and music files. Of which contacts are the most important as I have more than 500 contacts please suggest me how can I transfer all of my data from Nokia to new HTC Hero phone?

Even I had this issue when I had bought my new HTC desire. I had done It by following some steps You can try them with phone.
Go to Contacts on your Nokia phone
Select options and Mark All the contacts
And copy them to your Memory Card
And now connect your phone to computer

Browse to /Other/Contacts/ on your phone’s memory card
Copy all the .vcf files to your computer
Now connect your HTC Hero to your computer and mount as USB
Copy all the .vcfs to the SDCard
Open the People app on your HTC hero
Press the Menu button and select Import/Export
Select the Import from SDCard option
Select the Import All vCard files option
This will transfer all the contacts, rest of the media can be transfer by data cable.
