How to program a webphone?

As such no program is developed for the webphone, i did have a check of that in the internet and hence i am saying you that. well i need to ask you is that whats the need for the programming in this phone, it will be very much interesting to know it from you. Anyways as soon as i get to know about the particular software that is been developed for the programming i will let you know as soon as possible.
