Restoring Nook Color to the rooted Stock

I am having a Nook Color. Well I am trying to restore to the stock. I have tried to installed the Honeycomb for the raw internal memory which have changed the partition layout. I am messed with the partition layout. Let me know if you are having any instruction to get the original partition layout. Let me know if you are having any specific solution to get the requirement of mine. Thanks a lot in advance.

Looking at the matter of yours I want to know how you have copy the Honeycomb on the device? If you have copied the same you will not change the partition on the computer of yours. also you should try with xda. You should insert the bootable SD card. you have to see that the SD card is not damaged at all. So try the same and let me know whether you have figure out the thing or not.

Well i was also having the same problem which you have mentioned over here. Make sure that you have drag and drop the Zip.nook to the restore folder. You should not extract the same. you should simply drag and drop on the SD card after downloading the same. you have to mount the SD card and choose the Zip file from the main menu. It would load up on the system of yours. now remove the SD card and reboot the system of yours.

In case you are having an issue with the Clockwork then you should read the SD card of yours. you should get the non booting SD card and restore and Zip the same. you have to switch the same and clockwork would work. You should boot the SD card of yours into Clockwork. You should remove the SD card and format the same and put the Zip file and insert the same into the Nook and flash the same. Once the process is completed you should reboot the and you will return to the Stock.

Re: Restoring Nook Color to the rooted Stock

You can easily interrupt the boot process 8x in order to restore with the unrooted stock. Before you perform the this particular thing you should go for the setting and simply perform a factory reset on the device of yours. once you have completed with the Factory reset you should simply try with the re root. Well you should see that you have backup the data before you system restore because you might lost all the data in factory reset. You should restore the backup after completing with process.
