I let you something which you can use to fix the problem of yours. Well you should open the BlackBerry App World and go for the My World. You should simply remove the Facebook app from the device of yours and reinstall the s Facebook app on the device after rebooting the Blackberry Playbook. In order to restart the Playbook you have to press and hold the power button. I am hoping that it would be helpful to you to solve the matter of yours.

I think I know the root cause of the problem which happening in your situation. The Web server is encountered to the unexpected condition is which is preventing to fulfill the request from the client side in the situation where the URL is requested. It is kind of Catch all error generated by the server. There is something wrong but the server is unable to figure out why this error is occurred. It is up to the operator to analysis the error and resolved the same.

I have noticed that the there is no issue with client side. Here there is an issue with the web server. Mainly such error occurred when the client is supposed to get the HTTP Status code. The data steam is containing the Status code for the value which is determined by the HTTP protocol. In order to solve the matter the web server operator should update the software. So you should not worry regarding the problem which you are getting.

I think you need to perform the software update on the device of yours. I am suspecting that problem which you are having is occurring due to firmware issue. I recommend that you should download and install the latest version of the software from the Desktop manager. You should backup the data before doing the software update because it might remove all the data from the device memory. You should restore the backup after finishing with the process.

Let me know the results of reinstallation of the Facebook app on the device of yours. Well if it is not working for you then you might need to contact the technical support team of RIM. If they are failing to help you out then you might need to contact the official service center and get the further help. Well you should see that your device should not have any physical damage if you are looking for claiming of the service warranty.
