Can I get unlocked blackberry Touch 9900/9930 in US?

Well I got the related news regarding the blackberry mobile phone and I just want to know whether I am getting unlocked version of the same I mean these phone are already coming with the associated network with it so I don’t want to use the same phone for me I mean I don’t want to use the network which they are providing I want the other one of my choice. I am residing in United States and I want the unlocked version of the same here so is it possible for me to get one, please help?

Well as you said that you reside in US then I guess the phone is initially launched in our country only and I hope that there are some areas or specific places where the same is unlocked but one thing that you have to keep in mind that once the phone is unlocked then the warranty of the same is expired.
