Trying to connect Internet on an unlocked samsung t746

I can't seem to be able to connect to the internet, the cell is originally a bell cell phone and i bought it off ebay and put it on my rogers. Works great except the browser or any other internet functions do not work. Is it possible to unlock that so i can use it or am i SOL?

As you said, the problem is just with the Internet and rest phone is working fine than its not the problem of unlocking. You need to checkout internet settings on your device. Better if you can ask for the settings from your operator again. Once you get the news settings, just save it and try to access internet. Hope it will help you.
