Yes you can play youtube videos in all the mobile phones that you have listed. There is an application called Youtube Mobile which can be downloaded from the m.youtube.com/app in your mobile browser incase if it isnt preinstalled in the mobile phone. Normally all series 60 Nokia mobile phone have youtube preinstalled and can be videos can be watched at m.youtube.com url.

Yes you can download videos to your phone, but I guess only 3gp video files are supported in Nokia X6 and Nokia E72 mobile phone. Nokia C6 supports MP4, H.264 and WMV video files. As for torrenting, you can download a software called SymTorrent that is the first full-featured and complete BitTorrent client for Symbian OS.
