Unable to synchronize my iphone Calendar to ICal

I have recently purchased a 27" IMac and looking to synchronize my iphone Calendar to ical using ITunes, because i want to cleanup my calendar on my iphone. But the problem i am getting is that i am not able to make the synchronization between calendar and ical. I am try this out from the last two days, but not able to solve it out. Is there anyone who is also getting the same problem? Please try to help me out so that i can solve this issue. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks

I am also getting the same problem on my iphone Calendar. I have updated my ical calendar on MobileMe and the day i did this i started getting the problem of synchronization between iPad calendar, iPhone calendar and iMac calendars. Before this update everything was running fine. I have tried out various things for solving this problem, but till now have not succeeded in doing that. I require your help on this issue. Is there anyone who is having knowledge related with this issue? Please do help me out.

I will advise you to try the following steps in order to get your problem being solved out.

First you need to go to the Apple menu.
Inside this you will require to select preferences.
Then you need to go to accounts.
You will require to click on the + sign under the column which consist of all username.
Give a proper name to the account and make it as admin.
You will also require giving it a generic password to the account.
Now logout from the account.
Try to test the account by logging in the account.
Once the test is done again logout and follows the step 1 and 2.
Now you will need to highlight the test account.
You will require to select delete the home folder by clicking on the sign in the drop down menu.

You will need to follow the steps given below.

Try to cancel your participation in the MobileMe iCal beta.
You will have to write down the calendar events as it will also get erased.
Then try to turn off all the synchronization of MobileMe calendar.
Now try to login online in MobileMe. Here you will require entering the calendar events.
After doing that you will require going to the preference pane of MobileMe and resetting the sync data.
It will ask you to replace data on the Mac with MobileMe, try to select it.
Now try to turn on the sync.

Try this out as it might help you in solving your problem.

I have referred the reply given by Santy and after trying your solution i was able to solve my problem. Now i am able to make the synchronization between calendar and ical without any problem. The solution you provide was really a nice one as it helped me in getting my problem being solved out. I would also like to thank you for your kind support.

Even i have solved my problem after trying the solution which is given above. So I will like to thank you for posting your reply as i am now able to synchronize between iPad calendar, iPhone calendar and iMac calendars. Even others who are facing the same problem can try this solution.
