You bought Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard for playing game and there is a problem when you connect it with your desktop computer so first check your Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard on another machine or system. If there is a same problem you get on that another machine then there is a problem in your Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard. So change it in a warranty and then try with new one. Call your Logitech dealer and tell them your problem. There is a 1 year warranty you have for your Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard. So replace it in a warranty.

You have to check your Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard connection with your desktop computer. If there is a problem in your connection then also you have to face this type of problem. Check your Usb connection. Also check it with another Usb port. If your connected Usb port is not working then also it won't work. If it work with another USb port then there is a problem in your USB port. You can use your Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard with another Usb port without any problem.
