Can connect my ipad to wifi, but no internet

I am having router at my home and the problem is that, when i try to connect my ipad to wifi, then i am able to connect it, but i cannot access the internet on my ipad. It allows me to log in WiFi by entering the correct account name and password, but i cannot check the email. What should i do now in order to make it work? Please provide me your suggestion for this issue. I will be waiting for it. Thanks.

I will suggest you to try and do the following things.

• Go to the settings, then go to Mail.
• Inside it go to Accounts and try to delete the account.
• Again go back to the setting.
• Again manually try to re-enter the account information.
• Check that you have not selected the option of deleting the email, when it is opened on the server.
• Also try to select the correct protocol.

I have a solution for this problem so will advise you to do the following-

1. Go to settings.
2. Inside this go to Safari, then to Auto Fill.
3. Check that it is turned off.
4. Manually try to reset the network information.
5. Now try to connect your device with wifi.

I think that after doing this your problem will get solved.

I am also getting the same problem on my device. I am getting full network signal but my internet connection keeps on disconnecting. In order to make it work again i have to go into settings and renew it. This problem happens after every 12 to 15 minutes. I have tried to implement some solution, but still not able to solve it out. Need you suggestion, so please try to help me out.

I will suggest you to try your iPad on some other networks. If it works fine, then there is definitely problem with your router, so try to check your router settings. If it does not work, then you will need to replace your ipad or try to get it repaired by the apple service center. Hope have helped you.

I have referred the solution given by Lillebror and have tried to solve my problem by implementing your solution. After doing that i was successfully able to solve my problem. I have tried to delete my account and re-create it manually and now i am able to access my emails on my ipad. It was really a nice solution as it helped me in getting my problem solved out. I will once again like to thank you for your kind support.
