Hi guys, I just bought my macbook air online (from the apple store) last week, and I was just doing a warranty check on mine, and my serial number is coming up as invalid. I've verified that the serial number in system profiler and on the bottom of the machine is the same, and I've verified multiple times that I typed it correctly. I've been in contact with Apple's phone support, and they don't really seem to be getting anywhere.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any tips as to how I can get this resolved? The machine is great, but I don't want to be left stranded in the event that the machine develops an issue in the future.
