wrap panel in windows phone 7

I have got a new Windows phone 7 but I have no idea as to how to use the wrap panel of it. Also i wanted to a wrap panel for windows phone 7 application. I have heard about Silverlight Toolkit wrap panels, is it good to use those wrap panels. Please suggest me some good wrap panels for my phone.
