iMac volume buttons don't work

I have an old iMac computer and a new wireless Mac keyboard. The Volume buttons of my wireless Keyboard don't work. When i try to increases or discreases the volume by keyboard it doesn't support? But i can able to change it from sound option of my computer. What i have to do to solve this problem? Please replay me as soon as possible.

You are using wireless keyboard Mac keyboard so you have to check your wireless connection for wireless keyboard. If your wireless keyboard connection is not proper then this type of problem take place. So if there is problem in your connection then make a proper connection and then check your keyboard volume button working properly or not.

If you only have problem in your volume buttons then there is a problem in your volume buttons. So you have to replace your volume button if it possible or if your wireless Mac keyboard in a warranty then you replace it in warranty. Otherwise you have to change your keyboard. Show your wireless Mac keyboard to a hardware person and ask him to solve your problem.

check your hardware setting for keyboard. Go to control panel. Click on Keyboard setting icon. check your keyboard setting. If there is a problem in your setting then change your computer keyboard setting. If volume button property set off then set it on and then check it work or not.
