AutoFill issue with iPhone 4

I have an iPhone 4 mobile and the problem that I am facing is with the autofill form in Safari. I am notable to work well with the thing. The auto fill feature is not processing out well as needed. I have no idea for the thing. Please help me out so that I can make the thing to process as needed. Hope for a better solution.
