Blackberry ID can't reset password

I am having one issue with the Blackberry phone of mine. I have created a Blackberry ID and by mistake forgot the password of the same. I have then tried recovering the password with the help of the Forgot Password link but after going through all the security verification it tells me that the am unable to verify the same. I am unable to recover the password of mine. If any one knows then please let me know the same. Thanks in advance.

The first thing that i will advise you is to contact the Blackberry team regarding the issue which you are going through and ask them about the problem that you are facing. As they are the developer and having the knowledge regarding the issue that you are going through. Just go through the same and see whether it is working with the issue or not.

If i am not wring then you might have tried everything with the Blackberry phone only. I will advise you to use the computer to work with the setting the new password and see whether you are getting this work with the issue or not. Make sure that you are using the right answer to security question. I hope this will work with the issue.

This error is due to an incorrect email address or password that has been entered for the BlackBerry ID login information.

• Confirm that the email address has been entered correctly.
• If the email address is correct and you still receive this message, follow the steps below to reset the password for the account
