Can't download on my 9520

I am using Phone from BlackBerry Strom 9520 which comes with great features provide all kind of features and also support 3G and have great camera. It works on BlackBerry operating system and works with great speed but when I tried to load application world on my phone it doesn’t support that and page displays as “The device does not meet the system requirements that are require to support Blackberry App World". What I have to do to ensure that it support that application on my phone?

I was also suffer through same problem faced while trying to get application on my blackberry strom 9520. I try to go for the latest version of BlackBerry App World as 1.1.0.35 which may be supported on your phone and you will be able to have applications on your blackberry. Follow the steps mentioned :

• Initially back up all your data on BlackBerry smartphone using instructions mentioned in KB12487.
• You need delete all data and applications which are there in your BlackBerry smartphone you can make use of the Wipe Handheld option to do so and follow the instructions mentioned in KB14058.
• You can Restore the data from the backup taken previously using the instructions in KB10339.
