Pioneer DVL-909 DTS:how to modify registry?

I have a Pioneer DVL-909(European version). It hooked with the my Panasonic plasma and the DVD works fine. Though the LD playback is getting lezzy. The problem is it is not tuning properly. There is an interference in the plug-in. the sound is ok but the picture is not delivering fine. Other are working well rather than the disks. It is connected with the SCART. Any one suggest how do I checked it? How can I done the modification?

The register is needed to hack in simple and change the DVL-909. I modify it in my Elite DVL-91, a player which provides the DTS digital. The following procedures I used to modify:
    1. A number is provided in side of the DVL 909 will not out in DTS digital signal.
    2. The old chipset does not detect the DTS DataStream of the DVD.
    3. The mode will gives the DTS digital output.
    4. The analog signal of the player during the DVD play.
    5. If you modify DVD-909, the PAL laser disk will not works.

Attach a switch to switch from the Original to the DVL-91 mode

I did once with the European 909, I attach a switch on the back side of the back side of the register. Which switch between the value of the two registers. It worked great after using a single pole with double throw. But remember that before that you just power off the unit of the register for the performance switch.

There is a solution to modify the DVL-909. It is a step by step process. I also used it to modify my DVL-909. Try this it will work.
    1.Take the player apart.
2.After that Find the solder pads on the board which is next to IC602 port.
3.Attach a wire between the two connections.
4.Bring the DVD menu after insert an disk.
5.Press the display button on the remote. The OSD will show in the region of the player.
6.Press the 'Menu' button, Pop in the disc and enjoy.
