Dell XPS M1710 laptop issue

i use Dell XPS M1710 laptop and it is been working with Windows 7. The problem is that I am not able to work well with the graphics that is the video. I have no idea what could have caused the same. Please do help me out which will be better and can make the desired aspect to be processed and function. hope to get a desired solution that will be better.
