HTC Touch Pro 2 updated to WM6.5---Owner Name to install programs?

Hi,
htc touch pro2 is the current mobile which is used by me, the problems have been started since i have upgraded the os to windows 6.5,which does not allow the entry for owner name/information, where it give the error to install the programs,so please any one help me to sort out this problem, please recommend which programs are required to be installed.

The programs which are asked to be installed for your htc touch pro 2,so i feel to do settings for your mobile, so go to start,Settings and all the settings then click over today icon and click on the Items Tab, then proceed to Uncheck everything and CHECK the Owner Info box,then click over at the home screen you will see the Owner infomation at the top of the screen, later fill in the information and all of your programs that require the info will now register correctly.

The entry for the owner name and the information which is not allowed on your htc touch pro 2,and is asking for the programs to be installed, so i would recommend you to enable the owner information by making the changes to registry,for this you require the PHM Registry editor,you have to go to HKLM, ControlPanel, Owner and change the decimal value from 0 to 1, the backup is important before doing the changes in the registry.
