    DisplayPort issue with Lenovo X200

I wanted to know whether it is possible to change the display port of the lenovo X200 laptop i have been using this laptop since past five months and now i am facing a problem with the laptop because the laptop will not connect to any display devices such as projectors or any external monitors. But the same device works on different laptop.

We have just a new TV (Sony KDL-40ex505 bought). Currently we dieesn to a Dell laptop () with windows 7 M4400 connect. Since this only a display port and has no hdmi port, we had an adapter grow us what was not a problem. The problem is that I, as XP user, 7 to establish the connection with windows, so the TV as a second to activate the screen (The problem is with the laptop, not on TV). What I need now would be a small manual on how to correctly establishes this connection 7 with windows.

Not a thing Right click on the desktop then select Screen Resolution as does a window on the Fehrnseher (screen t than) mark and more ad as (4th period) "Desktop to expand this ad as" (second point) mode. Apply and then click the ok button, this process is similar to that of windows XP. Hopefully this should fix the issue. I hope I could help

The DisplayPort interface is becoming more prevalent and has many benefits, but which is - oddly - lacking internally in notebooks. While the interface was supposed to unify the DVI, HDMI, VGA and LVDS, it is clear that it is largely limited to high-end displays. However, thanks to Chrontel, it could change.
