    Windows 7 X64 Upgrade lost Sound P105-S6114

I have the Toshiba Satellite P105-S6114 Notebook installed with windows 7 recently upgraded windows 7 and right after the upgrade I am not able to run the audio. The audio works when I restart the computer, but it is sufficient to open Internet Explorer or any program and the audio no longer works. I tried to download and install the drivers for Windows 7 but am not the realtek to solve the problem. I do not know what could be the problem, can you help me?

Sure it may be that you simply have to await the next update from the Realtek drivers and everything works. But it may be that it is much more difficult. Do you have a reference that the laptop runs well with Vista? For example, when it's shipped from the factory with Vista. Some notebook manufacturers have errors in their ACPI BIOS, which can lead to such errors, which will indeed occur under XP but not from Vista.

Perhaps we have, I understood that the problem of conflict depended audio from the video card ATI sharpine 4850, because the problem does not arise. already thought that depended on it. But i think that this problem can be resolved by updating the drivers which are present on your system. Hopefully this should fix the issue.

You need to activate the tone for the audio input and you can achieve this by using the following steps.

    1. Open Audio Devices and Sound Scheme by clicking the Start button , Click Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Sound.
    2. Click the Playback tab, click Speakers, and then click Properties.
    3. Click the Levels tab, and click the button under Input Mute to To activate the tone for the audio inpuy.
