Toshiba Satellite A505 S6980 Web Cam Problem

I have got the new Toshiba Satellite A505-S6980 laptop and it has a built in webcam which has a problem. "Web camera initialization failed. Please check your camera device and restart application or computer." Can anybody tell me that when this message comes. There is no webcam on my list, how can i get it?

I guess you should try the following.

• Start> Run> here you give a msconfig and click OK.
• Then look at system startup when everything was loaded.
• If you do not know which program is responsible for the Cam capture a screenshot and put it here one time. Also, the cam driver current.

So on the laptop problem, unfortunately I can not say much, but it sounds very much like the Webcam driver problem. Can it be that the camera does not "Spyce @ m 100" but "SpaceCam 100 words"? If so, then i guess you should go to an official website of the webcam which has been integrated on your laptop to download the driver.

I finally found "it must take the cd notebook that comes with normally. After it's easy just click on InstallDriver acme camera and then follow the instructions you'll see once restart the computer in the bar on the right is a webcam and you click on it and it's good

I followed the advice of the guy above by pressing "Fn + F7" the webcam is set in motion> pilot light and as this is the first time she starts, the PC automatically loads pilots missing, once that is done, I do not know where to find the program or software of the webcam on my pc or use it with Windows Live Messenger.
