Satellite L505-E5501​1 Webcam Issues

I own a Toshiba Satellite L505-E5501​1. Since I tested the multi user accounts at each startup , I get the following error message : "Webcam driver open fail : please restart camera or computer ". and this persists even when I reinstall the drivers for the webcam. Because when the last time I had this kind of problem ( cd player disappeared) customer service made me go into the registry of windows , but I know nothing about all these codes, and I have not lost a day to restore everything on the PC.
