Recovery help for the Satellite: L35-S2174

I have an new laptop Toshiba Satellite: L35-S2174 no operating system installed. The BIOS has a password that prevents access to it. In my research I found that it would leave the battery flat for this time password is "password". As-is it really? Is it clipped, that comes off easily using fingers or should I use a precision screwdriver? In short, all the "tips" are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator creates a backup of the system to its original state in order to be able to restore it if a problem occurs. Although software has been installed or another, this does not affect the recovery image. Because this software uses a folder called HDDRecovery who is on a different partition than the system, do not delete because it contains files needed for restoration. You will provide yourself with one or more DVDs (depending on model), the number will be shown at the opening of the software, and formats them.
