Forgot password for my transcend micro SD

I am using Nokia N95 mobile phone. I am using a micro SD memory chip into this phone. I had given the security code to this card for security purpose. Now I have forgotten password of this. Now I could not access my memory card. I want to unlock my memory card. If you have any idea by which i can find out my password please provide me. You can provide me idea about removal of password or unlocking the password too.

The problem is happen with the micro SD card. To check this problem do the following things.

1. Take a card reader.
2. Insert the memory card into card reader.
3. Attach the card reader with the computer.
4. Open the memory card.
5. Here you can find out whether the problem is coming from the memory card or the mobile phone.

If the problem remain same then you can format your memory card. By formatting the memory card you can remove your password. If problem still remain same then your has a problem.
