Alphabets missing on dialer of Nokia 5800

I have recently purchased the Nokia 5800 as i have reviewed the phone and like the feature of it but after buying the same when i went to the dialer i am missing the Alphabets missing on dialer of Nokia 5800. I am unable to dial a number with the alphabet which is supported in the US. If any one know about the same then please let me know about it. Thanks in advance.

As you are using the device in the US so let me tell you that this feature is not yet available in the US. The firmware version released in the Europe is having the feature enable but for other country this is not activated. I hope this will be launched soon. Look for the firmware update which is having alphabet dialer.

Just start the OVI store and look for the alphabet dialer in the OVI store and download and install the same. This will enable the feature of the Alphabet dialing.
