Google Calendar Sync and Setup ? with HTC Aria

I am using the HTC Aria and i want to know the steps by using which i can setup the google calendar on this phone. Actually i do not want to use the calendar which has been provided on this phone. And even i want to know that how to add appointments.

First of all you have to setup the Gmail Account on your HTC phone and then your existing calendar will automatically gets associated with the google calendar. If your device would be having Google and Exchange then your calendar events will be color coded to indicate which one they are from. You have to go to the Menu -> New Event and then you have to choose the calendar for which you want to create an event.

1. In case, delete the ActiveSync synchronization with the timing
2. Install program
3. Accept the license EULA
4. Put gMail address and password.
5. Choose your calendar (or several extra charge)
6. Start synchronization via OggSync

As with any service using push technology, Google Sync may cause increased usage of your device's battery. Google Sync is a beta service. Please visit the Help Center to view known limitations. On most devices, Google Sync uses the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol. When setting up a new Exchange ActiveSync account on your device, existing data may be removed from your phone. Please make sure to back up before you set up Google Sync.

First of all open an Internet Explorer Mobile and download the file GCalSyncSetup.CAB on your Windows Mobile phone which you can also do from your computer system. Now install the GCalendarSync and then start that application and enter your Google Calendar username and password in the spaces provided. Make sure that you have selected the right GMT time zone. Press Save button and then Pick Calendars button. Now go to an options and then select Default item. Click on the Done after which you would be getting prompted to import your Google Calendar(s).
