Internet radio on Nokai C5

I have bought new brand Nokia C5 mobile phone and i want to install one software on this phone but it is not getting installed. Actually i am trying to install an Internet Radio which from an OVI store but i am not able to do it as i am getting an error as "installation failed". How can i get this software on my phone?

Make sure that your phone has a proper internet connection so that it can download the applications from an internet. You may confirm about the same from the customer care of your carrier brand as they must be knowing the current status of your phone's GPRS or WiFi connection. As you have not mentioned the name of your phone's carrier i wont be able to tell you how to contact your carrier.
