Charger problem with Qosmio X500-S1801

I have a Toshiba Qosmio X500-S1801 laptop and the problem is that I am not able to get the desired thing to be worked. The issue is with the charger as I am not able to charge the system well. It is a big problem for me now. I have no idea what could have been the thing which is causing such problem. Please provide me with a solution. Hope to get the thing sorted.
